A big week at Templar Classics – we finished the LHD-to-RHD E-Type conversion, the Triumph 2000 is out of the paint shop and the Audi 100 is almost done, trim and seats going back on and in. We also had a smart metallic green Jensen Interceptor come in for an estimate, but the big news was the arrival at 5pm on Friday of a replacement engine for a Mercedes 280SL Pagoda from Germany, for which – thanks to Covid – we have had to wait over 6 months. A lovely way to end the week; finally we can finish our customer’s car!
